We carry out qualitative and quantitative evaluations of approaches and projects in international development cooperation. We put constructive recommendations that are well-rooted in data, case-based and feasible front and center.
Typical examples involve two evaluations of the work of the German Friedrich Ebert Foundation in South-East Europe, formative gender analyses for several rural development projects,an ex-ante evaluation of cooperation between universities and private sector Tunisia and, currently, the evaluation of the “Inequality Challenge” by GIZ and BMZ.
