lteri has more than 30 years of experience in international projects. We learn something new every day and we stay always curious about the next encounter.

We grow alongside our projects.

Together we construct knowledge and capabilities. Together we develop processes. Thus, we continuously refine our own and our customers’ routines and actions.

We come together in inter- and transcultural professional processes. Mutual respect, appreciation and an open mind are the foundations of our practice. This includes recurring moments of negotiation. The different resources that people bring to the table are thus put to use.

lteri works in English, German, French, and Spanish. However, understanding one another requires much more than language proficiency. Every encounter rests on finding a common language.

Fighting global warming and managing the digital transformation are both an obligation and an incentive to us. We therefore offer our services online whenever feasible and sensible. We always ask ourselves: Can we increase the impact of this training by offering it online? Does it make sense to evaluate this project remotely or by working with local colleagues?

Whenever we can, we avoid flying or taking the car and use climate-friendly alternatives. Our office is powered 100 % by electricity from renewable sources.
